Pursuing My Ex Wife in Full Blooming Spring

Chapter 246

The car door opened, and Charles stepped out.

Naomi approached him. "Hey, Charles."

She smiled at him. Her eyes twinkled with tenderness.

Charles had spotted Naomi from a distance while still in the car. She was dressed in a simple shirt and jeans as she stood there waiting for him.

He had smiled broadly since then.

"You didn't have to wait for me."

"It's fine."

The chauffeur took his luggage out of the trunk. Charles thanked him. Then, he turned to Naomi and said, "Let's head inside."

Naomi nodded and said, "I've booked a room. We can head straight to the room."

Charles stopped in his tracks. Naomi followed suit. She looked at him curiously. "What is it?"

Charles looked at her and smiled. "What a coincidence. I've booked a room too."

Naomi was surprised. She soon understood what he meant. He must have booked it right after telling her where he would be.

Naomi said, "Cancel your room. Use mine." Before Charles could reply, she continued to say, "No need to be so courteous."

She looked earnest and sincere like she had been in Horizon City. Nothing had changed. Charles would refuse if it were someone else. However, he smiled when he saw her sincerity. He said, "Sure."

Naomi smiled.

They entered the hotel and went up to the room.

Meanwhile, in a car parked opposite the hotel, a chauffeur took photos of them with his phone.

Dylan was eating lunch and chatting with everyone as usual.

However, he was somewhat distracted that day. He checked the time before pulling out his phone and excused himself from the room, stating that he needed to make a call.

He did not have to worry because Chandler and the other staff were still there.

Dylan went to a location that was a little further away. He was about to call his chauffeur to ask about the situation.

However, he received a message before he could make the call.

Dylan received some photos on his phone. He raised an eyebrow and smiled.

That was quick.

He opened the message and looked at the photo. He was stunned. This text is property of Nô/velD/rama.Org.

A man?

It was a man?

Dylan had a feeling it would be a man when Naomi insisted on picking up someone, but he was not sure. It was all speculation.

He thought it might be a woman, too, since the possibility of the person being a man was not huge. After all, someone like Naomi would not have many male friends.

Dylan had never imagined it would be a man, let alone a scholarly-looking gentleman.

Dylan had met a wide range of people from around the world. He could tell right away that the man in the photo was careful and caring, not to mention good-looking and extremely nice.

Dylan examined Charles's photo closely. Then he noticed Naomi standing next to Charles. He burst out laughing as soon as he saw Naomi's smile!

Scott had a love rival! How amazing!

Dylan, Scott's long-time friend, should have been concerned for Scott when he saw the photograph. However, he was not.

He was not only unconcerned but also happy, even excited.

Scott was similarly calm and composed. He had meticulously planned everything in his life. There would be no mistake. He would never panic over a matter.

Dylan used to wonder if there was nothing that would cause Scott any concern.
