Chapter 45 - Lucas

Olivia POV

I have no clue how long I’ve been here, I lost track of the days, I don’t know if it is day or night

anymore. I guess Raphael really doesn’t care about me anymore, as I have been stuck here for ages

and he hasn’t found me. Is anyone actually missing me?

“Good morning sunshine” – the blonde walks in with a glass of water and toast.

“Hello” – I say sitting on the bed hugging my legs.

“Enjoy your toast” – she says with a thick accent.

“Can I ask you a question?”

“I knew this day was going to arrive, go ahead”

“What’s your name?”

“Carolyn”

“Carolyn” – I repeat it – “Why am I here?”

“Because the boss wants you as leverage”

“Leverage for what?”

“You’re asking too many questions, eat” – she says and I actually eat it as I am hungry. I have several

bruises and cuts because of the beatings I’ve had. It’s always a man with a black mask on his face that

beats me. I try and defend myself but he is a lot bigger and stronger. I can only see his black eyes and

they give me chills down my spine.

I finish the toast and I can hear my stomach growling.

“You will lose weight like this” – she says

“I don’t want to lose weight” – I let out

“Well, you should, no one wants a fat bitch in bed” – she says blinking one eye

I roll my eyes and hug my legs again.

“Don’t fucking roll your eyes at me” – she says slapping my face

“You bitch” – I say standing up and pulling her hair towards me.

I punch her in the face and I can see her throwing her hands towards her face while she cries.

“You are going to regret this”

“Well fuck you” – I say

She walks out and I stand up walking towards the door once more trying to open it but it is locked.

I kick the door

“LET ME THE FUCK OUT”

No one replies so I walk back to bed. I made up my mind. I am getting out of here, I will get out and I

will find Raphael and tell him how much of a dick he is for not finding me, that he didn’t care about me

after all. He said he was falling for me but he is not even looking for me. I know that if he was he

would’ve found me already.

I lay down trying to think about what I am going to do next.

I start to feel dizzy. What the fuck.

I stand up but my legs go weak and I end up falling on the floor. I see the door opening but my vision

starts to go blurry again. What is that smell?

“Help” – I whisper as my eyes got heavy and everything goes black.

Lucas POV

“Did you give her the bread and water?”

“Yes I did my love” – Carolyn says walking towards me.

“What happened to your face?” – I ask her when I notice a bruise showing up under her left eye.

“That bitch punched me, so I need you to teach her a lesson” – she says with a smirk on her face

“Don’t worry, I will, and after Raphael signs all the papers I will kill her in front of him, I want to see him

begging for her life”

“You are sooo bad” – she says while placing her soft lips on my neck.

“I am going to see him in two hours, I need you to stay here and let the guard get his way with her, tell

him he can do whatever he wants” - I am not bothered because today is the day Raphael will give me

what is mine, and then I can kill her and destroy him the way he did to me.

“I will my love”

I walk outside and there’s nothing around the cabin, we are in the middle of a forest that not many

people know about. It is remote and quiet just like I need it to be. I walk into the car and start driving it

until I reach the main road where I drive towards New York.

When I get to New York I park the car two blocks away so it is harder for him follow me.

I walk to the reception area and I see two girls smiling at me. Time to use my charm.

“Hello ladies, I am here to see Mr. Lockwood, I am Lucas Scott”

“I am sorry sir, but no one can come in without an appointment”

“Make some calls, Mr. Lockwood is waiting for me” – I say

“Take a seat and give me a couple of minutes”

I see them making phone calls and I wait until I am told to go to the top floor and someone will escort

me to the conference room where Mr. Lockwood will see me shortly.

As I walk into the conference room I see the chair where Raphael usually sits, it is big and different

from all the rest. He is definitely a show-off cunt that likes the attention.

I sit on his chair and put my feet on the table with I wait for him. This is really comfortable.

Raphael opens the door and I see that he didn’t even put an effort to see me, wearing jeans. What an

idiot. That’s not how you should present yourself to a meeting. He looks tired and worried.

“Scott, move” – he says and I just let out a smile

“Oh, I don’t think so”

“I am not playing around Scott”

“Neither am I, Lockwood”

I see him walking to the sofa that is in the corner of the room and taking a seat in a comfortable way

crossing his leg and looking at me.

“So, I have some information for you”

“What sort of information?”

“About your beloved Liv” – I spit it out

Raphael stands up and walks towards me, I know this is going to hurt when he presses my body

against the wall holding me by the collar of my shirt. Shit, this is an expensive shirt.

“Talk” – He says

“Oh Raphael, always so rude, we need to negotiate first”

“I don’t have all day”

“Oh, but if you ever want to see her again will you do what I tell you to”

This is when I see that he is losing his shit as he grabs his gun from the back of his jeans and points it

at me. I have to say I don’t like it but this is what I want. I want him to struggle, to suffer.

“I always knew you were a waste of space”

“I could say the same” – I spat back

“What do you know?”

“Put your gun down and we will talk”

“Or I can just blow your brains out” – He says showing his true colors while he smiles.

“And you will never see her again” – I provoke him

“If you touch one hair on her head you are dead” – he says while his gun is against my head now.

“Oh Raphael, put your fucking gun down”

“Talk” – he says while he walks away after taking the gun away from me and I take a deep breath and

calm myself.

“So, I want my company back” – I say taking a seat again.

“Not happening”

“I haven’t finished” – I say with a smile

“I want my company back and 50 Million dollars”

“Are you insane?”

“Oh Raphael, you should know that I am a little, how can I say this, unstable?” – I say smirking at him. NôvelDrama.Org © content.

“Drop the act, what do you know about her?”

“First my company and my money and then I will tell you what I know”

“You can fuck off”

“So you can say your goodbyes”

I grab my phone showing him the security video live streaming, his eyes go darker in anger.

“Where is she?” – he says while he stands up again

“My money and my company and I might consider telling you where the lovely Olivia is”

“I swear to God if you hurt her I will end your life with my bare hands”

“Such a caveman, I don’t know what she saw on you”

“Fine”

“Today, I want it all today”

“Fine”

“I will send you an email with all the details. I will send my lawyer here later ob today with a contract

that you will have to sign giving me back everything you stole for me”

“I didn’t steal shit, you lost it”

“Whatever, goodbye Raphael”

I leave his office and I walk out as fast as I can.

I know I will be followed so I walk to my car and I start to plan what I am going to do to make them lose

me.

As I get in the car I call my lawyer and tell him what to do, I notice two men following me. I start driving

and I can see one car following me. So I decided to drive to my house and wait there until the lawyer

call me back.

I call Carolyn.

“Hey baby, how was it?”

“He’s giving us everything back”

“Oh I am so happy”

“How is she?”

“Busy with the guard at the moment, I left them alone so he can do whatever he wants with her, I don’t

need to watch it”

“Good” – I say with a smile on my face, this is going to destroy her and then him.
