A Relentless Pursuit for Love

Chapter 649

Chapter 649

Tim frowned, puzzled. “Iceman?” “Oh, I meant Captain Yale. Yale Yadeev?”. Tim shot her a glance. “What’s with the weird nickname?” “I don’t think it’s weird.” Sage started explaining. “Don’t you think that he always wears this cold expression on his face? I mean, he does look good when he doesn’t say anything, but damn, he sounds funny when he speaks.”

Tim looked at Sage helplessly. “He’s after all a captain in the air force. You might be the only person who thinks that he is funny.” Please check at N/ôvel(D)rama.Org.

Sage was stunned.

Sage found it cool that Yale was a captain of Tovres air force.

Now it made sense that Yale flew a bomber when he served in the military.

Tim sent an email to Yale, asking if he received Sage’s present. Shortly after, Yale replied.

“What did he say?”

Sage leaned closer to the laptop, took a quick read at the email, and frowned, “He went back to his country?”

Yale only agreed to fly to Yathein because Tim asked him for a favor. As the eldest son and the inheritor of the Yadeev family, Yale had to bear a lot of family responsibilities. The Yadeev family was a royal family that served the country for many generations. Some of the ladies of the Yadeev family were married to princes and rulers of different countries. The Yadeev family later moved to Tovres and started building an empire and business there.

After a few years, Yale’s great-grandfather married the princess of Tovres and finally, the Yadeev family decided to settle down in Tovres.

Yale’s great-grandfather was buried in his home country after his passing. Hence, Yale had to fly another trip back to his home country with his family to pay respects to his great-grandfather.

In the email, Yale also mentioned that they did not need to worry about Jekyll and he already made the necessary arrangements. He also mentioned that he would return to Tovres as soon as possible.

“Where’s his home country again? Florin?” Sage asked,

Tim nodded.

Sage then replied to Yale’s email using Tim’s phone. She included the contact information of her friends that were living in Florin in the email. (Feel free to contact them if there’s anything you need – Sage, Duchess of Salem City)

Noticing how Sage signed off the email, Tim could only shake his head helplessly and said, ” Silly girl.” Yale did not receive Sage’s gift but he already sent one to Sage. Sage got bored with her days in Meadow Castle so she started playing badminton with the servants. In the middle of a match, she noticed the butler walking toward her with a big box in her hands.

It was a gift from Yale, she said.

“This is for me?”

Sage was stunned and put down the racquet in her hands. She started unboxing the present. To her surprise, Yale sent her airplane model Tego blocks. She stopped playing badminton and went to her

room to start putting the airplane together. By the time Tim returned with Seth, they noticed that Sage was all focused on putting the airplane model together with Tego pieces scattered all around the floor.

Tim guessed that Yale sent her Tego blocks worrying that she might be too bored. But he did not know that Yale would send her such a gigantic-sized model.

When would Sage even finish building the model?

Tim frowned and shook his head. He then called out to Sage, “Look who’s here?” “Hmm?”

Sage looked up to see Seth who stood right next to Tim. The corners of her lips were quickly curled up into a smile. “Seth! What are you doing here?!”
